DIY | Geometric Chalk Art

Let me just start by saying that I love the way this turned out at the end once we finished! I was hoping it would turn out but of course, it’s always a 50/50 chance that it could get messed up. Let’s be honest.

I’m sure many of you have already seen this around, or even done one yourself, but for those of you who haven’t, I figured this would be a fun activity to share so you can try it out with your little ones too!

This geometric chalk art is SO easy and lots of fun for the kiddos, and you can do it with different art supplies too! If you’re looking for something fun and creative that will keep your little ones busy for a bit, look no further!

Directions

First, apply tape in a rectangle. Feel free to make it as big or small as you want to.

Next, use the tape to create an assortment of shapes. *the more you make, the cooler the end result will be!

Let your littles use as many different colors as they want and have them color in each shape. *be sure the shapes are completely colored so the lines are sharp once the tape is removed

Remove all tape to reveal your finished product! *repeat this as many times as you want to! Create one or create 50 and decorate your entire fence!

Blue Painters Tape
Chalk – in an assortment of colors!
A fence – or you can do it on your sidewalk!
